A year after our good friends Nicholas and Rodney started their company, Aglet, they asked us to give their identity a face-lift. After having grown their business, Aglet wanted to drop the old look and opt for a cleaner, more minimal and timeless identity that would clearly represent who they are.
We went through the conceptual path in designing this identity, looking into the brand’s core attributes and working around one key phrase that breaks down what Aglet represents as a brand – creative technologists. Once we cracked the concept, we applied the logo to further elements of their corporate stationery. Developing the brands style throughout the process, landing on a clean and simple styled business card and letterhead design. Doing what we do best, Aglet loved our designs, and were able to use their wizardry to develop the coolest website we’ve seen yet. Written by Muzi Ndlovu – graphic designer
